Anyang Xinsheng Machine Tool Co., Ltd. was established in 1946. It began manufacturing C630 and C61100 lathes in 1958. In December 2002, it was restructured into a joint-stock private enterprise. It is recognized as a National High-Tech Enterprise, a \"Little Giant\" Enterprise of Specialization, Refinement, Distinctiveness, and Innovation, and a Key National Machine Tool Manufacturer. It is the largest lathe manufacturer in central China by production scale and serves as the Vice Chairman Unit of the Lathe Sub-Association. In 2014, the company\'s shares were listed on the National Equities Exchange and Quotations (NEEQ) under the stock code: 831577. Since 1958, the company has remained dedicated to the research and development of lathes for over six decades. It has developed more than 10 series and over 400 models of CNC machines, special-purpose machine tools, and customized production lines, covering high, medium, and low-end markets. The company provides turnkey projects and automated production line services tailored to customer needs. The company boasts a high-level R&D team composed of national, provincial, and municipal technical experts. Its R&D center is recognized as a Provincial Enterprise Technology Center and the Henan Provincial CNC Machine Tool Engineering Technology Center. It has undertaken numerous major national projects and maintains a leading position in the industry. The company holds 21 national patents, including both invention and utility model patents. It was also among the first in the domestic industry to implement the GB/T9001 Quality Management System, GB/T Environmental Management System, GB/T28001 Occupational Health and Safety Management System, and was rated as a 4A-Level Standardized Good Behavior Enterprise. Currently, the company has over 460 employees, including more than 120 professional technical staff. It consists of three business divisions and a wholly-owned precision casting subsidiary. The company operates with over 800 sets of equipment, including five-axis machining centers, vertical, horizontal, and bridge-type machining centers, worm gear grinding machines, precision gantry guideway grinders, Zeiss large-scale coordinate measuring machines, Renishaw and API laser interferometers, Harbin Gear Measuring Machines, and over 80 advanced high-tech devices. The annual output exceeds 1,000 units.
